Your customers pay you directly, into your own account: Magicwant never holds your money. WhatsApp messages (at Meta’s rates) and delivery partner charges are paid from your Service wallet, which you top up to keep a balance.

Yes. ₹450 a month covers one shop, GST included. Run as many shops as you like under one account, whether they’re branches of a chain, in different cities or different kinds of business, and manage them all together.

Why do you ask for a payment method at sign-up?
So your shop keeps running without a break after your free month. Nothing is charged when you sign up or during your free month.
What happens after my free month?
You’re billed every 30 days, per shop: ₹450 for the shop, plus any add-on tools you switched on, for the days each one was on. Your first bill comes only after your free month.
How do add-on charges work?
Every add-on is off until you switch it on, and is charged per shop for the days it’s on. Use coupons for 15 days and you pay for 15 days. Delivery orders (₹2 per delivery) and WhatsApp invoices (₹0.50 each) are charged per use.
Are there setup fees or contracts? Can I cancel?
There’s no setup fee and no contract. Cancel any time.
Do I pay per user?
No. You pay per shop, not per user. Add as many team members as you need, and every one of them gets the Shopops app free, on their phone or on the web.
Do I need to buy any hardware?
No. Magicwant runs on the Android phones, iPhones and laptops you already have. Connect a Bluetooth or network printer if you want printed bills.
