Can I run Magicwant on my phone without buying hardware?
Yes. Magicwant runs on any Android phone or iPhone, and the web app works on any laptop. You can connect a Bluetooth or network printer if you want printed bills and KOTs.
Can my staff take orders at the table on their phones?
Yes. Staff take orders on their own phones and send them straight to the kitchen as KOTs. Add as many staff as you need and control what each one can see.
Does it work if the internet goes down?
Yes. Magicwant keeps billing in offline mode and syncs everything automatically when you’re back online.
Can I get Swiggy and Zomato orders in Magicwant?
Not right now. Magicwant focuses on the orders you own: dine-in, takeaway, QR, delivery and your own website, with no commission. Your aggregator listings can keep running alongside.
Can I take delivery orders without paying commission?
Yes. Delivery orders through your own Magicwant ordering app, website, flyers and social links carry no commission. Deliver with your own team or use our delivery partners for a small per-delivery fee.
Does it print KOTs and GST bills?
Yes. KOTs route to the right station and printer, and GST is calculated automatically from your tax settings. You can print bills or send them on WhatsApp.
