What is delivery management software?
Delivery management software helps a business take delivery orders, assign them to riders and track each one to the customer’s door. Magicwant does this inside the same app you bill and take orders in, with OTP-verified pickup and drop-off, delivery slots you set, and the choice of your own team or our delivery partners.
How do pickup and delivery work?
When customers order, they choose to collect it or have it delivered, in a slot or at a time you’ve set up. For delivery, the rider confirms pickup from your shop with an OTP and the customer confirms the drop-off with one. For pickup, the customer collects the order from you.
Can I use my own delivery staff?
Yes. Your own staff can deliver using the Magicwant app, or you can hand orders to our delivery partners.
Who pays the delivery partner?
Delivery partner charges are separate from Magicwant’s ₹2 fee and depend on distance. They’re paid from your Service wallet, which you top up to keep a balance, and you can add them to the customer’s order.
